Refund Policy/Cancellation policy

Returns

We do not support return of the any purchased items. All orders which are confirmed by us stand non-refundable and non-returnable.

Cancellation:

All confirmed orders are not allowed to cancel by our customers.

If any order is cancelled by Mitti Ka Swaad due to any reason then that order amount can be claimed for refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

100% Refund is applicable if customer paid order is cancelled by Mitti Ka Swaad incase ordered food is not available for sale.

Refund is also applicable only if order cannot be delivered to mentioned delivery address due to wrong address, address not found, or customer is not contactable on provided mobile contact number, please refer for applicable deductions.

If your paid order is approved, and eligible for refund then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 30 days.

Deductions: 

Note: following deductions will be applicable in refund of the amount.

  • Taxes paid (if applicable)
  • Packaging charges (if applicable)
  • Delivery attempt charges (if applicable)

All above applicable charges will be deducted from your total paid amount and balance amount shall be eligible for refund.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We do not exchange sold items.

Complementary or Gifts

If you find surprise complementary gift in delivered parcel, then complementary item cannot be exchanged or asked for replacement.
